Energy Conservation
Create awareness about responsible energy consumption and practical energy conservation among students, staff and communities.
The EnSAv Club of Stella Mary's College of Engineering promotes energy-saving awareness, renewable energy, energy auditing, sustainable development and student innovation through projects, campaigns, competitions, outreach activities and conservation initiatives.
EnSAv Club - SMCE was established in 2017 in association with the Energy Efficiency Research Group (GREEN9) with 30 members. EnSAv focuses on energy-saving awareness and provides students with opportunities to demonstrate their talents and concern towards energy conservation and renewable-energy implementation.
The Club encourages students to participate in activities such as energy auditing, renewable-energy projects, conservation-oriented innovation and awareness programmes related to sustainable energy use.
Activities such as rural energy-awareness campaigns, sticker campaigns, paper presentations, poster presentations, seminars, guest lectures, quizzes and drawing competitions help spread the importance of responsible energy consumption among students, staff and society.
