The Institution's Innovation Council (IIC) of Stella Mary's College of Engineering promotes a culture of innovation, entrepreneurship, design thinking and startup development through mentoring, innovation programmes, hackathons, industry interaction and ecosystem linkages.

The Institution's Innovation Council (IIC) of Stella Mary's College of Engineering is established to strengthen a culture of innovation, entrepreneurship and startup development within the institution.

The Council encourages students and faculty members to identify real-world problems, develop creative solutions, practise design thinking, build prototypes and participate in innovation-oriented activities such as workshops, hackathons, idea competitions, entrepreneurship programmes and industry interactions.

Through mentoring, ecosystem linkages and structured innovation activities, the Council helps build awareness and capability for innovation, intellectual development, entrepreneurship and startup creation.
