The Yoga Club is established to promote physical fitness, mental well-being, and holistic development among students and staff through the practice of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness.

Objective

  • To improve physical health, flexibility, and overall fitness through regular yoga practice.
  • To promote mental peace, emotional balance, and stress management among students.
  • To create awareness about the importance of yoga in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
  • To encourage self-discipline, concentration, and positive thinking through yoga and meditation.
  • To organize yoga sessions, workshops, and awareness programs, including International Yoga Day celebrations.
  • To foster holistic development and well-being in alignment with national health initiatives.
